1. Word of mouth is everything in building a successful brand that people gravitate towards and want to be a part of. It’s that foundation that motivates us to produce the most amazing creations that taste even more incredible.
2. The freshest ingredients. We never freeze our cakes for weeks or months waiting for somebody to place an order. While we can prepare the decorations, accessories and specialty features of a creation ahead of time and vacuum seal them, your cake is usually baked the day before delivery so the final product is the freshest possible cake you can get. Depending on how elaborate a cake is, we sometimes make a backup just for our peace of mind as the planet’s gravity can sometimes play havoc in transporting, so we don’t take chances.
3. Our butter cream icings are made from scratch. We use real butter, sugar and extracts that are all measured to our specifications on our premises.
